CROSS-CULTURAL COMPETENCE

– Developing Culturally Literate Team Members

This one-day programme takes you through a 9-step model focusing mainly on working effectively in international projects. The primary learning focus is to raise participants’ understanding of the impact of cultural differences, as well as to improve cross-cultural competency and communication skills. The workshop is intended to enable participants to build awareness of, and sensitivity to, various cultural norms, and to recognise the potential and limitations of cross-cultural literacy.

This course is for anyone interested in learning how to build acceptance, speak persuasively without argument to get results and encourage cooperation. This includes:
