Competitive Advantage

We recently concluded a project for a major local bank to design and deliver a 20-day intensive Skim Latihan 1 Malaysia (SLIM) learning experience. Working in collaboration with RCS Dynamics, an LW team helped potential hires to improve language, communication and business skills. Participants worked in teams throughout the course towards preparing a presentation on an innovative product or service they proposed to introduce. These included a 3-in-1 card and a mobile kiosk.

What was different about this programme? Focussing on using innovation in your language and communication skills, as well as your business practices. This can secure competitive advantage and also help you stand out in increasingly crowded markets.
